So my friend texted me asking if I wanted to go to the White Water Center and I seriously laughed out loud, knowing they had absolutely gotten the wrong number. This person knows me well and let's just say I'm not really the "rafting type". Well, it turns out they didn't text the wrong person.
I'll be the first to admit I was 100% wrong and we had such a fun day! Sunday was the 9th Annual Hope Floats Duck Race benefitting KinderMourn, a charity that provides support to families that have experienced the loss of a child. The entire event was so heartwarming and dare I say it?? Yes, I even enjoyed the White Water Center! Ricki and her friend were dying to rock climb, zip line, and God only knows what else so I promised we'd go back another weekend.
If you read my post about first dates, this was up there as far as trying to figure out what in the world you're supposed to wear.. So, after tearing everything in my closet off the hanger, this is what I came up with..
